non-refundable deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking with cocoluxe social. the deposit amount varies depending on the service and is clearly stated during the booking process. the minimum non-refundable deposit is £20, but this amount may be higher for certain services.

partial refunds

partial refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by cocoluxe social. if you require a partial refund, please contact us at chlo@cocoluxesocial.com with your request and relevant details. we will assess your request and determine whether a partial refund is appropriate based on the circumstances.

full refunds

full refunds are possible in extreme circumstances, such as:

• service cancellation by cocoluxe social due to unforeseen circumstances or inability to fulfill the booking.

• failure to deliver the agreed-upon service within a reasonable timeframe.
